A 2,900 square ft. home featuring high standards of energy efficiency & quality finishes. A 24′ atrium provides light-filled spaces, white oak wide-plank floors are heated by in-floor hydronics with 9′ ceilings & solid core doors.
Designed with the adjacent streetscape in mind, with a board-and-batten and shingle exterior and sympathetic landscaping. Inside is a contemporary kitchen and atrium, which takes advantage of the topography of the lot.
Hewlett House was built with efficiency and conservation in mind. The house boasts in-floor radiant heat throughout, an HRV system and on-demand hot water to maximize energy efficiency.
